The Promess Universal Calibration Meter (UCM) is designed for the calibration, certification and verification of force and torque monitoring equipment used in assembly environments, manufacturing and R&D labs. With the high demands placed on today's manufacturing facilities to improve the quality of their products, certifying the accuracy of load monitoring equipment used in manufacturing has become a requirement.
The UCM is a hand held meter with a precision amplifier, which when matched with a master transducer can be used to calibrate and certify force and torque measuring equipment used on the manufacturing floor. The calibration settings for up to eight different master transducers can be set and stored into the meter's memory using the menu driven software. Other features include peak hold, large LCD screen, English or metric engineering units and multiple languages.
